This Medication Safety Action Group will help you identify areas for improvement regarding medication safety and assist you in developing an improvement plan. This session builds on the March 16 learning event: Medication Safety – Impact of Aging on Medication Use. 

This will be an interactive session; allowing for discussion, sharing of resources, coaching and development of quality improvement efforts to improve medication safety. The Action Group will be led by Great Plains Quality Innovation Network team members.
