Great Plains QIN is working with nursing homes across the region to:
- Reduce the use of antipsychotic medications
- Increase resident independence
- Improve the quality of care
- Reduce pressure ulcers the use of restraints
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
Understanding and promoting high quality care in nursing homes is important to all of us. There are many ways to get involved to help ensure the highest quality of care is being offered to older adults who reside in nursing homes. Learning and Action Network
We invite you to join the Great Plains Learning and Action Network (LAN). All LAN partners will be invited to attend educational sessions on a variety of topics, have opportunities to learn from peers throughout the state and region and have access to an abundance of resources and tools.
