Great Plains QIN is working with nursing homes across the region to:
- Reduce the use of antipsychotic medications
- Increase resident independence
- Improve the quality of care
- Reduce pressure ulcers the use of restraints
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
Understanding and promoting high quality care in nursing homes is important to all of us.
