Join our November Focus 4 Health Series: TeamSTEPPS. During this Series, we will discuss TeamSTEPPS, an evidenced-based set of teamwork tools that are aimed at optimizing patient outcomes by improving communication and teamwork skills among healthcare teams, including patients and family caregivers.

Objectives:

• Examine the benefits and tools of the AHRQ TeamSTEPPS program
• Apply TeamSTEPPS tools and resources to improve communication to provide high quality, safe care

Our Focus 4 Health Series is intended to jump start or augment your current quality improvement efforts. Participants will connect across the Dakotas for a diverse and collaborative learning experience designed to improve patient outcomes.
