Continuing the Conversation I Health Disparities and Social Determinants of Health

The Great Plains QIN team is excited to announce our new series, Continuing the Conversation. We have invited leaders and subject matter experts across the Dakotas to share their expertise, personal experiences, best practices and application strategies. This webinar will be the second of a six-part series. They are held every other Wednesday at 11am CT. This webinar will be on May 31st. Each call will be structured with educational and application components.
This six-part series will address the following:

- Implicit Bias
- Cultural Humility
