Continuing the Conversation I CLAS in Action

The Great Plains QIN team is excited to announce our new series, Continuing the Conversation. We have invited leaders and subject matter experts across the Dakotas to share their expertise, personal experiences, best practices and application strategies. These meetings are held every other Wednesday at 11am CT. This webinar will be on July 26th. Each call will be structured with educational and application components.
This six-part series will address the following:

- Health Disparities and Social Determinants of Health
- Health Literacy
- Implicit Bias
- Cultural Humility
- Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS)
