Join the American Heart Association® in an engaging rapid-fire webinar on The Influence of Social Determinants of Health on Heart Failure.
Speakers will share their innovative research (Circulation: Heart Failure) that provided scientific insight into the relationship between heart failure and social determinants of health (SDOH). Data was analyzed on the novel Precision Medicine Platform using the AHA’s Get With The Guidelines® – Heart Failure registry data, to look at the association of certain social factors on incident heart failure risk, outpatient care and hospital admission and impact to hospital length of stay according to race and ethnicity.
