Great Plains Quality Innovation Network is a proud supporter of the upcoming Dakota Diabetes Coalition (DDC) Learning Series. Mary Ann Hodorowicz will serve as the featured presenter and content expert; she will cover the ‘ins-and-outs’ of business planning for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support and Medical Nutrition Therapy programs. Anyone considering or currently offering DSMES or MNT services is encouraged to attend.
