Also, the Great Plains Quality Innovation Network is offering a WebEx tomorrow, September 10: Sepsis – Across the Care Continuum. The WebEx is from 2 – 3 p.m. (CT).

Sepsis happens, in hospitals, nursing homes and other settings. Understanding the fundamental principles of recognizing and treating sepsis is equally important across the continuum of care in hospitals, nursing homes, and EMS units. The presenter will discuss how to be appropriately prepared to manage the sepsis patient.
