This 2-hour, self-paced course offers education on how to identify and eliminate health disparities in your organization. The course will help your organization prioritize the elimination of disparities as a cross-cutting initiative to improve the quality of care for the individuals and families in your community, and align your efforts with national strategic goals.

- Recognize the processes for building an organizational response to impact health disparities
- Identify the role of quality improvement in achieving health equity
The Achieving Health Equity course consists of three lessons, ten videos, review questions and an assessment. Successful completion of the course requires a score of 70 percent or higher on the assessment. This course presents education for physicians, non-physician practitioners, healthcare administrators and other medical administrative staff.
