Join our November Focus 4 Health Series: TeamSTEPPS®. During this Series, we will discuss TeamSTEPPS, an evidenced-based set of teamwork tools that are aimed at optimizing patient outcomes by improving communication and teamwork skills among healthcare teams, including patients and family caregivers.
Objectives:
- Examine the benefits and tools of the AHRQ TeamSTEPPS program
- Apply TeamSTEPPS tools and resources to improve communication to provide high quality, safe care
Series Dates: November 1, November 8, November 15, November 29
*We will not meet November 22 due to the Thanksgiving holiday
Our Focus 4 Health Series is intended to jump start or augment your current quality improvement efforts. Participants will connect across the Dakotas for a diverse and collaborative learning experience designed to improve patient outcomes.
