The two-day conference will bring together leaders in health equity from various fields. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from CMS’s leadership on recent developments and updates on CMS programs, discuss promising practices and innovative solutions, and collaborate on community engagement efforts. Attendees will gain invaluable insights and a better understanding of disparities that exist, as well as the skills necessary to effectively address them moving forward.
