The Home Health Quality Improvement Best Practice Intervention Packages (BPIPs) offer patient and clinician resources, videos and tools on a wide variety of clinical, safety and health-related topics.
We want to draw attention to the BPIP for Underserved Populations (UPs) which provides evidence-based resources and research that can benefit home health agencies and other healthcare settings. This set of BPIPs relates to underserved populations, including rural and dual-eligible populations. The intervention package addresses health disparities, including race and culture, health literacy, language, disability, mental health and nutritional issues; and small non-profit home health agencies. You can find this BPIP on the HHQI site. Home Health Quality Improvement Best Practices for Underserved Populations
