The purpose of this conference is to develop your mindset and skills to interact and live in a diverse world. This workshop will be a day of guided facilitation with practical application in your personal and professional life. This year attendees will dive deeper and apply skills through short lectures, case studies, interactive dialogue, time for personal reflection and action steps.

All attendees have an opportunity to contribute to the conference by completing a brief (50 question) Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). All aggregate results of the completed inventory will be utilized during the session.
