Great Plains Quality Innovation Network announces the selection and appointment of Ryan Sailor, MBA as the IDIQ Director for Great Plains QIN, succeeding Greg Schieke with his retirement on January 30. Ryan began in this capacity effective February 1.
Ryan comes to this position with a wealth of QIO knowledge and much expertise in the areas of program operations, analytics and information systems. Previously he served as the State Program Director for the South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care.
He has been employed with the SDFMC since 2003 and has served in multiple capacities including Health Data Analyst, Director of Quality Improvement and currently as Vice President. Ryan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Healthcare, and his undergrad degree is a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

In this role, Ryan will work closely with Tina Georgy, CEO and Julie Overstreet, CFO as the executive
leadership team for Great Plains QIN.
