The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) invites you to view their recent webcast, which provides an overview of the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture (SOPS®) Surveys.
The Webcast was offered on November 7, 2022 – During the one hour session, speakers described the SOPS program, surveys, supplemental item sets, databases and available resources.
The SOPS surveys are a suite of surveys that assess provider and staff opinions about patient safety culture in hospitals, outpatient medical offices, nursing homes, community pharmacies, and ambulatory surgery centers. The patient safety culture surveys program at the AHRQ, they support the development and promotion of patient safety culture surveys, toolkit materials, and databases and provides technical assistance to users.
