This is a reminder about the planned Healthcare Quality Information System (HCQIS) extended system maintenance from Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. EST through Monday, March 21, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. EST. It will involve all HCQIS applications, Web sites and shared drives. The systems and applications that support the following programs may be unavailable without notice:
• QualityNet.org and QualityNet Secure Portal (QSP)
• Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) applications
• Enterprise Services (ES) applications, including data exchange, secure file transfer and Online Access and Request System (OARS)
Affected providers should make contingency plans to accommodate for this downtime.
