In August, the national Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program launched a learning series focused on healthcare quality improvement. The series, titled “Sharing Knowledge, Improving Health Care,” features training sessions led by recognized experts and thought leaders and addresses hot topics in healthcare delivery transformation.
The next virtual training session, entitled “Unleashing the Power of Data”, will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. CT.
During this webinar, you will hear from Stephen Jencks, a Consultant in Healthcare Safety, and Jeneen Iwugo with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Center for Clinical Standards & Quality, as they discuss the value of data in healthcare quality improvement work. Additionally, you will hear from Quality Improvement Organization representatives from IPRO in New York, as they share how they are using and responding to data with their Medication Reconciliation and Management Collaborative.
