ActionToQuit.org

ActionToQuit is a tobacco control policy program dedicated to reducing tobacco-related death, disease and cost through communication, education and advocacy.

The current tobacco control landscape is very different from years past and will likely continue to change rapidly in the future. ActionToQuit is working to keep you informed on these diverse areas of tobacco control.

From U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulation of tobacco products, to new research findings, to nationwide media campaigns such as: Tips (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), The Real Cost (FDA) and truth® (Legacy), there is always something new to talk about.

If you want to stay informed about the latest news and announcements in tobacco control, the Great Plains Quality Innovation Network encourages you to sign up for the ActionToQuit Network, it’s a free service provided by Altarum Institute. Subscribers will receive information on  tobacco control, announcements of upcoming events (e.g., conferences, webinars, trainings), funding opportunities, research articles, federal announcements, state projects and successes, new resources (e.g., publications, toolkits, video, policy reports), press releases and public comment opportunities.
