This webinar is an opportunity to learn from North Dakota and South Dakota leaders who are working toward attaining the highest level of health for all. Join our efforts as we work to better understand that equitable health outcomes are quality and safety issues. Panel members will share current efforts, resources and opportunities to grow. We will also allow time for Q&A.
Objectives: As a result of attending today’s session, I will be better able to:
- Identify statewide efforts in North and South Dakota working towards health equity
- Access available resources and trainings
- Define existing efforts (within my organization/community) and areas of opportunity
- Recognize the role I play in improving care in my community and/or organization
