Welcome to the team photo

We are excited to introduce our newest Great Plains QIN team member; Tiffany James, who will serve as a Great Plains QIN statistician. Tiffany brings 15 years of SAS programming, database management and statistical analysis experience to our team. Her skills and expertise will support all areas of our work as we better utilize data to drive improvement. We are fortunate to add her to our team and expand our skill set in this area.

In my role of statistician at Great Plains QIN, I’m looking forward to working with the greater team to utilize data to achieve our goals. I’m new to quality improvement, but was attracted to the work because it allows me a chance to use my expertise and skills to impact community health, specifically the health of vulnerable populations.Tiffany james

My data career started with public health work with the state of Nebraska in pregnancy and substance use epidemiology monitoring. Once I received my master’s degree, I joined a research lab at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln where I spent 15 years expanding my knowledge and developing my skills in data; from design to dissemination. This year, I decided I was ready to return to work with the intent of making more of a community impact and am excited to join the team at Great Plains QIN.

I am also a certified yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist so I enjoy working with others on their wellness when I have the opportunity. I love working in my yard, caring for my plants, paddle boarding, live music, hiking and traveling. I also love working on my old home that I share with my partner, my 13-year-old, two dogs and a cat.

We are fortunate to have a solid team of qualified and committed individuals on our Great Plains QIN team. Visit the Who We Are page of our website for a list of team members and their contact information. (please note; we are in the process of adding our newest team members).
