Effective January 3, 2020, Ryan Sailor, MBA, will serve as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Great Plains Quality Innovation Network (GPQIN), following Tina Georgy’s semi-retirement. Sailor has been serving as President & Chief Operating Officer for Great Plains Quality Innovation Network since 2018.

Sailor has worked under the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) program since 2003. Past duties include data analysis, supporting hospitals with data reporting, contract performance monitoring, staff training and management, developing stakeholder relationships and leading operations on quality improvement projects. Sailor has been involved with Great Plains Quality Innovation Network since its inception in 2014. He currently serves as the GPQIN representative on the Board of Directors of the American Health Quality Association, the national trade association representing QIOs.

Sailor is based in Sioux Falls, SD, and volunteers for Junior Achievement, teaching economics lessons to elementary students for nearly 20 years.
