The consortium uses the ECHO / Zoom format to deliver interactive presentations. All sessions are free and they are archived for new and established LTC staff to access. The program promotes the concept of “All teach, All Learn.” The goal of the program is to improve the knowledge and actions of LTC staff towards better care for older adults.

“Working through the COVID 19 pandemic has been ever so challenging for us healthcare workers and it has taken its toll on many. Resilience is the ability to adapt to difficult situations. When you have resilience, you harness the inner strength that helps you rebound from a setback or a challenge (like the pandemic). While resilience won’t make our problems go away, it can give us the ability to see past them, find enjoyment in life and better handle stress.”
