Stepping On Training Opportunity in North Dakota

Stepping On is a national evidence-based falls prevention program that provides older adults with tools to improve their daily living skills, balance and strength, as well as social time to discuss improvements to their home environments. Classes are highly participative; mutual support and success build participants’ confidence in their ability to manage their health behaviors, reduce their risk of falls and maintain active and fulfilling lives.

Thanks to the North Dakota Department of Human Services, Aging Services Division, this training is now being offered in North Dakota.
