The University of North Dakota is hosting a Project TeleEcho – Geriatric and Age Friendly care; utilizing the Age Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Model of Care. The Geriatric and Age-Friendly TeleECHO offers:

    • Free educational credits for healthcare professionals
    • Collaboration, support and ongoing learning with subject-matter experts and health care staff
    • New ways to support patients in their home community

The mission of Project ECHO is to develop the capacity to safely and effectively treat chronic, common, and complex diseases in rural and underserved areas, and to monitor outcomes of this treatment.
