Natasha GreenNatasha Green, MBA, RN (pictured) is employed by Quality Health Association of North Dakota (QHA), a subcontractor for the Great Plains QIN. She has over 10 years of healthcare experience working in a variety of settings, including the hospital, emergency department, nursing facility and in performance improvement. Green received her BSN and MBA degrees from Grand Canyon University. She previously worked for Sanford Health as a Quality Improvement Advisor.

Green currently serves as the Great Plains Partnership to Advance Tribal Health Regional Lead. In this role, she assists the North Dakota and South Dakota Indian Health Service hospitals with leadership and staff development, quality and safety improvement, data analytics and CMS certification and accreditation. She has a passion for improving the health of Native Americans and Alaskan Natives.  

“I believe all individuals have the right to affordable, accessible and quality care. I look forward to continuing the excellent collaboration with our partners to help our community members, care providers and stakeholders flourish. I have had the privilege of working with Great Plains QIN on many initiatives over the years and am excited to contribute to the organization on a governance level,” stated Green.

“We welcome Natasha to the Great Plains QIN Board of Directors. She has demonstrated a commitment to improving care for all individuals, especially those most vulnerable. She has a unique perspective of challenges and barriers in healthcare quality and care throughout the region. Her passion and leadership will be a complement to our Board,” stated Ryan Sailor, MBA, Great Plains QIN Chief Executive Officer.
