During this WebEx, certified content expert, Andrew J. Gess, Director, Public Sector & CDC Sales with Pfizer Vaccines, discussed the importance of immunizations and how they fit within the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and quality landscape. Mr. Gess shared resources available to assist in the improvement of adult immunization adherence, with emphasis on the reminder recall system.

  2. Understand new tools and resources that can help you improve adult immunization adherence
  3. Locate reminder recall resources to help improve adult immunizations

Mr. Gess has worked in Pharma for 15 years, he has been with Pfizer for 13 years in the vaccines division. He currently works with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the U.S. Department of Defense and other large stakeholders to educate on immunizations and quality. Mr. Gess is recognized as a ‘certified content expert’ for the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
