Overview and Purpose:

Healthcare providers can recommend the best diabetes education options for each individual when they are aware of the availability and purpose for each program. A panel of diabetes healthcare professionals will provide their perspective on the benefits and value of collaboration among state and national diabetes self-management education programs.
