All Quality Payment Program (QPP) practices and providers, participating in the MIPS program, are invited to join our Office Hour call. Office Hours is an open discussion format for participants to seek clarification and guidance on the QPP and answer any questions or concerns you may have. This month we will focus on education pertaining to TeamSTEPPS.
Please note; we will be seeking input on services and information that would be most valuable for you and your organization. We ask all attendees to prepare questions for this call. Your feedback is very important to the success of this program as we want to ensure we are best meeting your needs.

Nadyne Hagmeier, RN, serves as the Outpatient Antibiotic Stewardship Regional Task Lead for Great Plains QIN. As a Quality Improvement Project Manager for Kansas Foundation for Medical Care (KFMC), she develops, manages and coordinates all aspects of the antibiotic stewardship initiative, as well as other projects with a focus on Healthcare Associated Infection and Quality Data Reporting. She works directly with advisory committees, healthcare delivery personnel, clinical directors, hospital and physician offices, providing project concept design, development, mobilization, implementation, evaluation and reporting of quality improvement.
During her fifteen year tenure at KFMC, she has worked on the hospital clinical topics of Acute Myocardial Infarction, Heart Failure, Surgical Care Improvement and Pneumonia, Healthcare Associated Infections and utilizing the NHSN database. She also serves is a Master TeamSTEPPS trainer.
