Join us in a highly interactive virtual learning event. Participants will hear from Barbara Lewis, an experienced passionate speaker on exceeding patient and family member expectations, and Managing Editor of DocCom. She will discuss the impact that communication between health clinicians and patients can have on improving the clinician-patient relationship, which increases screening and immunization rates, and creates clinical setting moments that matter.

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Explore how clinicians can better engage with health consumers to improve and build relationships, which increases immunization rates.
  2. Understand how consumer/patient engagement leads to better compliance across all care settings, based on effective practices across the nation.
