- Identify consequences of Resident-to-Resident Negative Interactions (RRNI) in dementia in LTC homes (including psychological, physical injuries and deaths)
- Identify common contributing factors, causes and situational triggers of episodes of RRNI
- Identify key psychosocial strategies for prevention and de-escalation of episodes of RRNI
