Founding Director and Senior Consultant at ReThink Health, in the field of multi-stakeholder engagement and community mobilization. In this role Kate serves as Senior Faculty and Curriculum Director of Leadership & Organizing for Action.
Kate is also Faculty at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI); Lead Faculty & Advisor to IHI’s Open School; a Project Lead on the IHI Innovation Team; Engagement Advisor to the 100 Million Healthier Lives and the John A. Hartford Foundation’s Age-Friendly Health Systems movements; and Faculty in IHI’s Spreading Community Accelerators through Learning & Evaluation (SCALE), the George Washington University’s Leaders for Health Equity Fellowship, and the Rockefeller Leadership Fellows and Management and Leadership Development Programs at Dartmouth College.
