Overview and Purpose:

Heart failure is a top diagnosis linked to readmissions throughout the seven states that comprise the Great Plains and Lake Superior Quality Innovation Networks. This webinar is the first in a series  to assist communities in the region improve heart failure care.  The presentation will include a basic overview of heart failure including etiology and pathophysiology, treatment, medication and prevention.
