The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), with its continued focus on the best possible, highest-value care, has created the national Quality Payment Program (QPP). This is a new policy, resulting from recent federal legislation, to reimburse physicians and clinicians who serve patients with Medicare coverage. The intent is to create and sustain a more modern Medicare program by keeping the patient at the center of focus. In light of the new year, the Quality Payment Program is underway.
The Quality Payment Program requirements reflect the importance you place on serving the more than 55 million individuals that have Medicare coverage. In effort to alleviate concern of changes that develop with this quality reporting transformation, the Great Plains Quality Innovation Network has created a platform to drive technical assistance and support for eligible clinicians. The Great Plains QIN QPP Service Center houses key resources to aid in your understanding of the program, contact information of the experts that can provide resolution to your questions and showcases several avenues in getting technical support – through an email ticketing system, by phone or live chat.

The Service Center is staffed during business hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm, M-F. Clinicians can expect an expert to be available for live chat M-F, 10:00am – 2:00pm, to answer your questions immediately – with the exception of holidays and other observation dates.
